No up-front fees and no costs for uncollected debt. Fees are based on a percentage of the dollars collected. Commissions vary based on balance, age and volume of accounts. This plan is effective for all accounts large and small. We advance all cost, and we do not get paid until you get paid.
On a fee basis, we offer a credit and risk management review, which includes a complete review and assessment of your internal collection procedures, including dunning notices, call frequency and follow up procedures.
The purpose of this review is to minimize credit risk on the front-end and improve internal collection results on the back-end.
We offer assistance pursuing legal action in order to recover monies due, including engaging an attorney, filing suit in the proper jurisdiction, garnishing wages and enforcing judgments. We work directly with the attorney and advance court costs.
Our skip tracing capabilities include online directories, multiple telephone databases, and proprietary databases with millions of cross-referenced data that assist in locating debtors who have moved, changes names, or can no longer be contacted by phone or mail.
In the event the debtor moves out of the area services by Alco Collections, Inc, we may forward the account to an associated agency located in the debtors' area. Alco Collections, Inc. will remain responsible to the client for all collection activity on forwarded accounts.
We have access to support from collection agencies throughout the nation. We have reciprocal agreements with these agencies, and they will accept debtors that we refer at the contractual rate that is established with us.

Our debt collection specialists are certified in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), as well as being well versed in all Federal and State debt collection laws.
Once you have chosen to utilize our service, we evaluate procedures best designed to maximize the yield of recovery including credit reporting to the three major agencies: Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union. In addition, checks are reported to TeleCheck and Safe Scan. Upon request, we are happy to provide you with detailed activity reports of our progress on your accounts.
Alco Collections, Inc has attorneys on staff and can file suit to collect your delinquent accounts and advance court costs. For all NSF Checks, collections on the full face amount of the check is returned to your business upon collection. Electronic Account Downloading is available so you can send your collection accounts to us electronically. The first letter will be sent to each of your accounts by the next business day following placement of the collection account data.
